I was engaged for this project to create a happy house for holiday-goers by retaining most of the existing fundamental elements, such as flooring and fixtures, and keeping the design and layout of the property the same.
I created the interior schemes by re-using most of the existing furnishings just adding new rugs, a pair of sofas, fresh bed linens, some full-length curtains and just the right amount of finishing touches.
It is amazing what a difference a good de-clutter and tidy up can do for a place, repainting the tired interior using lots of white, and then re-hanging the pictures in all the right places – and at the right height.
A successful transformation of this two-storey tired property into a charming seaside holiday home by using plenty of colour to create a lively home with a welcoming ambience.
