INTRODUCTION – THE 6 C’s: CREATING POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR HOME & SURROUNDINGS

Read my latest blog on creating positive energy in your home and surroundings.  In this 7 part series, I will be giving tips on clutter and de-junking, cleaning and freshening your home, an introduction to space clearing, cleansing energy, using crystals, tips on colour, and which colours to use in your home.

Each area of your home is connected to you and your life and like cause and effect will therefore have an impact on you and your life.  Clutter and stagnant, trapped energy prevents you from functioning properly, which makes you feel tired and confused, and which inhibits progress in your life.  Clutter can create chaos in the home, reflecting the chaos that’s in your head i.e. mind-clutter.  Cleaning, clearing and cleansing will activate each area of your home in a positive way to lift and freshen the energies in your home.  This allows each area of your being and body to function properly again and new opportunities to come into your life.  You will become clear minded, your life will start to move forward, you will feel more energetic, and you will become healthier and more active once again. As a result you will feel like a new person. A fresh start should begin at the new moon, when you are feeling positive and healthy, and when your mind is not overflowing with mind-clutter.  When you undertake the activities below, remember home is where the heart is; you are putting positive energy into your home so think positive, feel positive and be positive to bring about the very best results.

  1. The thing I love most about this magical Chinese culture of Feng Shui, is that it seems to really work. One of the principles of Feng Shui is simple living and the old adage ‘Cleanliness is next to godliness’ springs to mind. It can be a great enhancement to anyone’s life, especially the de-cluttering part!
