Brief
To pull together a sitting room scheme using some existing pieces to create a glamorous entertainment and TV room for a mother and her adult daughter.
Scope
- Source a gas fire and arrange installation
- Source furnishings and accessories
- Styling the room including decorating it for Christmas
- Retain sofa, dining suite and TV
- Some electrical work
Details
The scheme is black and white with a nod to an African theme and mixes existing furnishings with new items, expensive pieces with value items from Ikea, different textures, etc.
The project incorporated decorating the space for Christmas when the client was due to arrive home from abroad to spend her seasonal holiday by her new fire in the comfort of a freshly styled room.
