When it is time to inject some charm and atmosphere into a house on a set budget, my expertise fits the bill – from selecting the right patterns to give a particular effect to choosing colours to help give a place a particular style. This lovely coastal cottage only needed a good eye and a freshen-up. New furniture, lighting and rugs in cheerful colours for the all-in-one the main living area helped to create a new style and by adjusting the layout I achieved a better sense of space whilst ensuring the layout facilitates conversation whether relaxing in the seating area or seated at the table. In the bedrooms I relied on cute vintage inspired pastel fabrics and co-ordinating bed linens to give the rooms a cosy cottage appeal, whilst selecting practical rugs for comfort and to pull the schemes together.
